Full Sail tasting at Enoteca in Post Falls, Idaho. 4 oz sample from bomber poured into shaker. Aroma is full of various spices that I dont really feel like identifying at the moment; also raisins and alcohol. Smells malty. Pours slightly hazy gold with some nice lacework. Very dessert-like; reminiscent of Port. Sweet and finishes bitter. Tangy arom
22 oz bottle Thanks to Jeffs son for sharing this. Ive seen it around a few times and probably had it a couple of times in the past. Now that I had the chance to rate it I jotted down a few notes. This is just as good as the Black Gold imperial stout series. Perhaps I should try the barrel aged version in the near future. Aroma / Appearance - The
Bomber. Cloudy amber-brown with medium white head. Aroma of dried fruit, light green apple and light caramel with notes of floral-ness. Taste is lightly sweet dried fruit with bitter finish that lingers.
