Ive been holding on to this since I started drinking world class beer. Batch #35. Pours a clear golden with a large frothy white head, much like Orval or Duvel. Huge clouds of bubbles are swirling up to the top of my glass. How am I supposed to take a sip from a beer whos froth is taller than that of a cappucino? The aroma is a very nice combi
Bottle: Nice citrus aromas with lots of orange peel. Banana in there too. Pours a hazy orangish-yellow with a big white head with very good retention. Lots of citrus with banana in the background. A little sweetness in the finish. Leaves an orange peel aftertaste. Another courtesy of Styles.
Had this one with la fin du monde. Batch 40: Golden, hazy color huge lasting frothy white head, very carbonated. Lots of yeast aromas. Flavor is yeasty with a sour kick. Complex. Nice.
