Historical Community Tasting Notes

Pours a dark brown color with a frothy tan cappucion-esque head that fades quickly. Nice amount of draped lacing line the glass. Smells of coffee, milk chocolate, and rich malty goodness. Taste is roasted coffee, chocolate with a good dollup of hops to bring some spiciness to the table. This is a very rich and delicious porter.
Big thanks to the RBer who sent this to me. Dark black body with a thin tan head that quickly diminishes. Nice aroma, caramel and chocolate malts with a nice hop background. Bitter chocolate taste, smooth body. Very nice ending, highly enjoyable.
Clear dark mohogany body with a thin off-white head. Sweet roasted malt and chocolate aroma. Sweet chocolate flavor, some roasted malt hints, and a touch of caramel.
