(bottle) Pours a clear light yellow/gold with just a light amount of splotchy white constituting the head. Aroma is bready, but it also smells like green olive brine which was a little bit odd. Taste is also strongly bready and grainy, with a decent amount of hop bitterness in the finish to balance against the bread. Gets sweeter as it warms. T
Experienced on tap in a shaker glass. The beer pours a lightish amber color, with a low white head. The nose shows a touch of traditional bready malt character, but lacks the floral hop aroma found in classic examples of the style. Instead, the aroma almost resembles a macro-brew, rather than a traditional Czech pilsner. The palate is malt-forw

Clean, floral hop aroma. Excellent combination of light but discernible malt flavor and hoppy bitterness. A little dilute on the aftertaste. More bitter than your garden-variety pils but thats the California fashion.
