The aroma is a mild malty breadiness. Pours a clear yellow gold with big bubbles and a small white head that has been hanging out for a minute now. FIrst flavor is the bready malt followed by slight sweetness then a nice crisp hoppy finish. A little bitter but mostly crisp. Light bodied. Easy drinking, but tasty. Definitley better than any pale lag
UPDATED: JUN 2, 2010 12 oz. bottle. Pours pale golden, medium longlasting head. Aroma of baking bread and spices. Flavor is a little on the sweet side, good malt flavor and good spicy bitterness. Nice golden straw color with pale head that is very average. Smells like beer. Actually has a good hop bite, reminds me of a pilsner (ala urquell). Dont know why people rate this one so low, what are they comparing it to, ales? Its good, drink it when you want a lighter session with above avg. hops.
