UPDATED: NOV 12, 2006 2006 bottle. Virtually no head. Body is hazy dark amber, unfiltered. Aroma is moderately malty (cookie, caramel), with notes of sherry/cardboard and alcohol. UPDATED: SEP 17, 2008 <b>This beer rocks!</b>... The aroma holds heavy notes of rich malt, caramel and plums. Lesser notes of alcohol, red wine, tawny port, cinnamon, clove and vanilla. This ale has a crystal clear, copper hue. Very small, fizzy, khaki colored head. Quickly and fully diminishing. The flavor is wonderfully malty with bursts of caram
2000:Pour leaves oarnge/brown beer with a tan head. Big,cherry aroma,with some sweet/toasty,malt and spice. Mouthfeel is creamy and soft. Flavors are also caramel and cherry,with some spice leading to a bready,fruity finish.Not very complex but very tasty.Thanks buddy!
