Faint hazy pale gold under a medium size very fine bubbled wonderfully lacing head. Aromas include; spices, light fruit, celery hops, and that tangy chicken stock soup thing you get in some of these Belgians. My one complaint about the aroma on this one is that its too faint. An overdue rerate of an old bottle. Beautiful creamy dense foam with extra cling power. Clean aroma of pepper, perfume, barnyard, flowers, and spicy hops. Spritzy palate.
