Ahhhhhh wheat beer and hot hot food. I had this one with cuban black beans and rice, what a combination!!! UPDATED: NOV 10, 2005 What a great Hefeweizen. The aroma is dominated by lime and malt. Too much wine in the taste and the palate, but good anyway. Pours light yellow with a huge white head. Excellent lacing as the head remains throughout. Aroma of wheat and a hop nose. Wheat and yeast flavor. Palate is mild. A most drinkable brew.
