Cask Conditioned, at the Wenlock Arms, London. Clear amber body, initial frothy white head that dissipated quickly to nothing. The flavour starts with good bitterness, then nothing for a while, then finishes with a long and strong bitter palate.
Cask Handpump at the Head Of Steam, Liverpool 27/02/2003 Golden coloured with some sweetness. Slightly bitter lasting malt finish.
