UPDATED: SEP 18, 2011 On tap at The Monk. Pours a hazy orange-yellow with a big, fluffy white head. The aroma has light fruits (pear, apple), cloves, sweet esters and banana followed by big notes of passionfruit. Taste brings out sweet malts, banana, orange and bread at the forefront. Punchbowl fruits follow and finish. Palate is soft and bubbly. A
Bomber bottle, this beer has a orange-burnt orange pour with a slight haze at first, there was a little red at the edges and the top of the glass, the haze subsided for the most part as the glass warmed, and there were a few tiny particles seen floating around, the pour made a one to two finger head of white bubbles, this ale is hazy but I can see
Cask at Get Real NY. Belgian yeast, fruity aroma, bananas, candy, light sweetness, complex. Would love to try this again when I more sober.
