Appearance - Rose-pink, hazy. Poured aggressively to get about a finger of pure white head Aroma - Hibiscus and slight tart fruit. Floral. Taste - Very light with pronounced notes of citrus and hibiscus. Mouthfeel - Not a lot of carbonation but enough that paired with the tartness, its a dry, tart taste. Drinkability - Interesting and drinkable
11.5 oz. ABV 5.5% per the bottle. Served at cellar temperature. Pours a short lived white head, over a reddish amber (SRM 9) hazy body....nose is floral, with light plum/prune tones, bit of peach....taste is light fruits, peach, melon, with floral overtones, light cereal, finishing dry, with light bitterness....mouth feel is light, carbonation medi
Epice et rafraichissante. Je ne sais pas a quoi peut gouter une rose dhibiscus, mais avec cette biere on peut facilement limaginer. Gout de poivre rose. Agrumes au nez. Pamplemousse. Couleur particulire, rose fonc. Opaque. Mousse timide. Arriere gout court. Sucre. peu damertume.
