Hop Horizons

An abover average stout. First off I must say that this is the best 8-ball i've had, and i've had a few of the oe kind. The flavor was soft for a stout. Very smooth with a nice combo of roasted chocolate and coffee malt offerings. Only 5 percent, I like my stouts to be a little more fierce, but if its smooth your after then this is a solid choice.

This beer poured like dark chocolate syrup or melted tar. A very nice dark brown head that is quickly disapearing. No seeing through this thick stout. Poured dark as night with a nice sized dark brown head. aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Nice roasty chocolate malt flavor with coffee undertones, and some hop bitterness in the finish. A bit overcarbonated for my states but all in all a nice stout.
