The 750 ml bottle pours hazed golden with a perfect white head. The aroma is classic wit with the great JP tart nose coming through. The flavor is exceptional, subtle sour notes, crisp, hints of citrus. It really delivers but is clean and is a nice session beer. It is definitely a base wit, but the JP sourness really makes this beer. I will dr
Bottle. Aroma has notes of wheat, bread, sour dough and citrus. Hazy yellow/orange hue with a smaller white foamy head that mostly diminished and left some lace. Flavor is lightly sweet and bitter with a touch of sourness. Palate is light bodied and refreshing with average carbonation. Overall a refreshing citrus witbier that was was entirely
Fresh, lemony beer, not too sour. Wheat malt in the background. This is not very complex, just a veru good version of a wit.
