Bottle. Probably shouldnt have tasted this straight after the Oerbier. Lovely hazy orange gold with a massive rocky white head which looked spectacular in my Duvel tulip. Orange peel and spicy alcohol dominate the aroma with acetyl notes and subtle hops in the background. Taste is dry and herbal, dominated by the warm alcoholic finish; the mad bitc
(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy and dirty (as most Dolle brews), orangey golden with a huge head.... Lots of fruity esters, lots of yeast and rather complex aromas. Sweetness galore from the added candi-sugars but the hops make this drinkable indeed. An Abbey Tripel - really? 081296
