Historical Community Tasting Notes

Sampled from an 11.2 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark caramel-amber color with a large creamy orange-white head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was faint tart citrus and bread. The flavor was faint tart citrus, bread, raisin and sugar. The finish was long, tart and fruity. Medium body. Solid.

Tap @ some sushi bar: Pours a golden color with a light white head. Nose is lightly yeasty with a touch of biscuit and light herbs. Thin flavor with a zesty finish. Nice easy drinking belgian ale without much of a dominant yeast note.

Pours golden in color with a fruity aroma (bananas and hops maybe?). This was a refreshing beer I had while sitting on the deck. Not bad.
