Cask Conditioned, at the Wenlock Arms, London. Dont be fooled by the name, theres nothing gold about this beer. A bitter and thats about all. It was a pleasure to meet the TheDM, Hotstuff, The_Beer_God and Nicole. Thanks for hooking up. See you on the other side of the pond.
This is a curious beast. The name suggests a fresh, blonde ale, but its just a mediocre copper/amber session bitter. Perfectly drinkable, but theres nothing that really stands out. Cask (handpump), Wenlock Arms, London.
Cask Handpump at the Smithfield Hotel, Manchester 24/09/2004 Amber coloured with some subtle hopping. Fruitiness and a slightly bitter malt finish.
