BrewDog and Fierce collaborated on Very Big Moose, an ambitious Imperial Chocolate Stout highlighting the brewers' ability to create nuanced, flavourful brews. Made with premium ingredients including Colombian chocolate, Madagascan vanilla and a bit of cinnamon, this strong beer is 12% ABV. It suggests its full-bodied character by pouring an opaque black with a rich, brown head that gradually fades.
This incredible stout smells like a delicious mix of roasted, sweet, and rich scents. Notable chocolate smells mix with coffee, vanilla and roasted malts.
