UPDATED: MAY 11, 2009 Bottled. Orange, slightly hazy, with a beige head. A hoppy beer with malt and caramel as well in the aroma. The flavor is quite hoppy too, and both the malt and caramel is present here as well. Sweet and light sticky mouthfeel and a dry, bitter finish. A nice and hoppy american. Rating: 6-4-7-4-14-3.5. (060518)Bottle. It pours
"I was suprised by this one quite a bit. It has a nice golden color and white head. The aroma is extremely hoppy and so is the taste. This is straight ahead hops throughout, and they taste delicious. This borders on IPA I would have to say. Another very good North Coast product."
From bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with white head. Nose is of a red ale with floral hops. Maybe some rye as well. Flavor is rye, floral hops with a little bitter.
