12 oz. bottle. Aroma of sweet tobacco, cherry, chocolate, and dessert wine. Pours a cool looking, clear, red-tinted brown with a moderate amount of tan head and good legs. In addition to all of the elements present in the aroma, the flavor contains pepper, pear, and a noticeable English-style hops bitterness. The bitter presence in an otherwise fru
Bottle. Great dark red/brownish color, quickly dissipating head that I forgot the color of. Sweet aroma of caramel, citrus, smells more like a port than anything. Oily sweet mouthfeel, a little chewy, taste of cola, caramel, plum. Awesome beer, will have to try on tap at Toronado.
The head is moderate on this beautiful, reddish brown beer. The aroma is wonderful and complex with notes of sweetness and fruit. The mouthfeel is oily. The flavour has notes of malt, candy sugar, flower, figs, apple and other fruits. The final bitterness is nice.
