Better than I was expecting. The 660 ml bottle is bigger than Id normally select for a weekday evening, but by the end I wouldnt have refused another. The aroma was the most interesting feature: a sort of musty furniture polish smell that put me in mind of ancient university libraries and museums in English county towns.... The things beer does to
Bottle. Pours clear amber with a large frothy white head that diminishs slowly with fair lacing. Moderate hoppy and grassy aroma. Light to medium body. Moderate balanced bitter sweet flavor with a medium finish.
Pours golden and strawlike. Smallish white head. Nose is lightly herbal and grasslike. Palate is light to medium body with effervescent bubbliness. Very hard to find the maltyness or hops here.
