Historical Community Tasting Notes

UPDATED: FEB 25, 2008 Decent American pale ale that is drinkable but not exceptional in any way. Good as a party/session beer. 7-3-6-3-14 (re-rate from Hallandale beer festival) Straight brownish color, pale malty nose. Soft mouthfeel but a bit gassy. Nice clear, bright, balanced body.
12 oz. bottle- color of medium brown, with a decent tan head - nose of hops, orange blossom, cilantro?, and malty taste of orangey, light hops, and too light- body is medium, semi oily, and with medium carbonation aftertaste of light resin , and malts
in a nutshell, its a lighter, mellower, less bitter version of sierra nevada. the cascade hops are not as pronounced, it has some other pacific hops to it. very drinkable
