[Bottle, February 2007] Pours deep brown/orange. Small fleeting head. Aroma is not very bold but roasty. Flavor is roasty with berries. Gets a decent score because it is quite drinkable.
one of the best ales i have tried, this may be because i had it at home and at a cooler temperature than most ales are served at. a smooth taste, not too overbearing.
