Bottle thanks to either Puddintane or Matt Capone - either way, thanks!!! Big blackish pour with a light tannish head. Aroma is big and creamy with lots of chocolate, smooth coffee, and some hefty doses of sugary malts. Flavor is big, roasty, creamy and sweet - coffee, dark & milk chocolates, and a nice bitter hop bite. Really good and silky sm
Thanks to Miketd for the bomber! Pours thick and pitch black. two finger that slowly disapates to fine film around the rim of the glass. Nice lacing as well. Aroma is chocolate, malts and coffee. Wonderful oats, malts, coffee and light hints of smoke. finish with a nice milk chocolate flavor. simply spectacular!
Yum!!! Bottle- Chocalate/coffee aroma, tan head that never fades, super silky mouthfeel, with a delicous roasted flavor that is not as astringent as many imp stouts. Almost as if the brewer roasted coffee directly on your tongue to the point of nearly burning the beans. Wow! Thanks to estoppel.
