That’s the magic of French Toast Bänger, a 12 % ABV imperial stout from Estonia brewed with real maple syrup, Tahitian vanilla pods and Ceylon cinnamon
This isn’t pastry-adjunct pretension, but toast-flavoured indulgence distilled into jet‑black liquid form, with a dense brown head that dares you to take that first sip. The nose leads with a syrupy maple aroma that’s quickly backed by rich vanilla and decadent chocolate so deep it feels like velvet. As you sip, the profile evolves: chocolate and roasted malt anchor the experience, while vanilla becomes more pronounced as the beer warms, and cinnamon peeks in subtly on the finish so nothing feels overstated.
At around 40 IBU, its rich, chewy and dessert‑worthy but it’s not cloying - that Southern‑style pastry sweetness is kept in check by solid malt complexity and booze warmth. Perfect for a slow sit-down moment, maybe paired with pecan pie, vanilla ice cream or just your favourite podcast. This is a beer that delivers on novelty without sacrificing depth.
