Historical Community Tasting Notes

For the eyes: opaque brown colour, remembers dark chocolate; the head is averge sized, frothy, ligh brown and diminishing; spare lacing; muddy body. For the nose: sweet roasted caramel malts with cookie, toffee and cocoa notes constrasted to a spicy (pepper) finish. For the mouth: medium body; creamy texture; lively carbonation. For the tongue: mos
Pours nice cloudy dark brown a light tan head; smells of sweet malts; I usually not a bit bock fan but the weizen works very well to even out the sweet maltiness of the bock background; this is good!
Booooring. A little more flavor than a lager, but not as much as an IPA. Mild bitterness, only slightly thick mouthfeel. Weak carbonation.
