This sour beer (specifically Blackberry, rhubarb, strawberry, apple, raspberry, maple and vanilla imperial sour) is/was brewed by Vault City in Edinburgh, Lothians, Scotland. This one is currently on deck amongst my huge collection of beers yet to have over the coming weeks, months and years.
