A pretty standard but very drinkable white. Pours a hazy yellow with a short lived white head. The aroma is lemon, orange candy, and yeast but its very mild in every aspect. The flavor is a lemon and candy orange up front, with some grassy hops, touch of spice, something I cant quite pin but I recognize, finishs on a sort of lemon soap flavour, but
Cant help but be amused by sitting in South Carolina, drinking a Belgian-style Witbier made in Japan. Craft beer globalism is sweet. Nice bottle, nice novelty value, and, hey, nice beer as well. Not a classic, life-changing Wit, but it hits all the right notes, grassy and spicy and with a solid yeast backbone that couples well with the orange, h
not a very strong aroma, with some banana notes as well as lots of bread. taste is banana with some spice, not overdone at all, just the right amount of subtlety with a really good depth of flavour. mouthfeel is great, a really nice light refreshing feel. nice summer beer.
