This Belgian-style strong dark ale is/was brewed by Bières de Chimay (Abbaye Notre Dame de Scourmont) in Chimay, Hainaut, Belgium. This one is currently on deck amongst my huge collection of beers yet to have over the coming weeks, months and years.
