Holy Goat: Citrus Crusher - Winter Harvest 2021 (aged 8 years)
This sour beer (specifically Italian blood orange and clementine mixed culture sour) is/was brewed by Holy Goat in Dundee, Angus, Scotland. This one is currently on deck amongst my huge collection of beers yet to have over the coming weeks, months and years.
