Holy Goat: Hyperviolet
This sour beer (specifically Oak wine barrel-aged golden sour with blueberry, honeyberry and violet flowers) is/was brewed by Holy Goat in Dundee, Angus, Scotland. This one is currently on deck amongst my huge collection of beers yet to have over the coming weeks, months and years.
