This Ella Enigma Medoc wine barrel-aged mixed-fermentation bretted sour with Claussenii and Trois is/was brewed by Burnt Mill in Badley, Suffolk, England. This one is currently on deck amongst my huge collection of beers yet to have over the coming weeks, months and years.
