3/15/08 notes: from bottle, I got to try this beer again thanks to my friend Pat. Pours a muddy peach color that is cloudy (I assume it is unfiltered?). Smell that hits you is a sweet, fruity one, which might be effectively reproduced by mixing lemon peel, coriander, orange, grass and cotton candy. This beer is strongly carbonated, has a fairly
Thin headon good carbonation,misty orange pour.Aroma is mainly clove,coriander,banana,ginger notes.Flavour banana,clove,coriander,orange mild,cinnamon,is a sweet and tasty beer easy to enjoy.Finish is peppery or ginger like,sweet dry.
UPDATED: JUN 22, 2008 High quality tripel. Very easy to drink, made a good summer beer. Cloudy golden hue. Fruity, lemony smell. Taste is well rounded, fruity and spicey. Alcohol not very detectable.
