Hop Horizons

An excellent beer. Its hard to describe why I like it so much, it just seems like a very decent, drinkable stout. The flavor is very well balanced, yet forceful and not wanting in punch like Guinness draught can sometimes if you get it out of a bottle. The flavor is bitter, creamy, and a little sweet to be specific. Id highly recommend this one

Bottle. Dark roasted nose with dark chocolate and salt. Very deep red body with a creamy light brown head. Medium-strength bitter taste trails off into a hoppy finish. Those hops prickle gently on the tongue. Light caramel but mostly strong roast through to the finish and into the dry roast aftertaste. Light saltiness. Can really taste that

(Bottle) Pours black with a small amount of beige head. Roasted malts and some spice, like licorice and a bit of coffee. Moderate carbonation. A nice beer overall, but the mouthfeel is somewhat lacking compared to other stouts I have had.
