Das Schwarzbier ist im Antrunk recht lasch, kein Aroma scheint sich so wirklich zeigen zu wollen. Auch im Mittelteil wirkt das (lasche) malzige Aroma ziemlich allein. On tap at Berliner Bierfestival. Clear, dark brown pour, with a beige head. Weak aroma, quite disappointing, but some roast to be found. The flavor is slightly roasted, malty, and a bit grainy. Some bitterness as well. Medium to thin body, and a slightly grainy finish with some hops. Not bad, not interesting. (070803)
Draught. Lager aroma. Dark chestnut colour. Small head. The flavour is sour and slightly roasted. Not good.
