Pours a nice red brown color w/ a nice foamy head of evenly sized small bubbles. Sweet caramel dominates the nose, lots of raisin w/ a very slight toasty note. Flavor is similarly malt centric but the body isnt too heavy and the carbonation is sweet and creamy. There is a weird sort of charcoal and sour character in the background that sort of brin
12oz. bottle. Pours a dark reddish with a thin light brown head. Aroma of caramel, molasses, raisins, and some earthy hops. Taste is caramel, brown sugar and dark fruit. Some hoppy resinous character in the finish with residual sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium heavy and fairly sticky.
Sample. Pours deep brown, nice frothy tan head, lots of lacing. Sweet matl aroma and taste. Good stuff.
