Aroma / Bouquet: Malt- breadiness. Hops- floral, grassy, citrus, fresh. Yeast- dough. Other- herbal. Appearance: Color- pale golden. Head- dense, white foam, great lacework. Taste- excellent dry hoppiness, grapefruit, dry citrus. Palate: Body- medium. Texture- slick. Carbonation- very well carbonated, very lively, hits the front and the back of the
Bottle@Home. Clear golden with a thin white head. Aroma is grass, bread, citruss, coriands and other spices. Taste is malts, bread, some sweet fruit, white pepper, light floral hops. Medium body,nice lively carbonation. Nice. 101110
A strong a falvoured beer. Subtle aromas of hops, fruits, spices and flowers. Lively carbonation. Definitely one of my favourite beer, with the Tripel Karmeliet.
