Pours a darker amber with a tall off-white head. This brew had an amazing blend of sweet caramel malts, apple, citrus, and light spice. Very smooth and complex flavor with a touch of sourness in the finish and just a faint hopping.
Deep russet color; fluffy head; mild cherry nose. Very nice burst of cherry and dark fruits at 1st sip. Wonderful fizziness. Just gets more and more complex as it warms. A lovely little beer. This has to bemy favourite brewery!!
Dark, barley transluscent, light brown color with a well-developed, dense head that does not even consider collapsing. Aroma and flavor has some chocolate notes, some sourness, some milk, and dark earthy fruit. Pretty boring.
