Pours a gold body with a huge fizzy cream head. Aroma is pungent (armpit) with hints of grass, earth, pine, and citrus. The mouthfeel is full with medium warmth and a dry, biting finish. The flavor is bubbly almost champagne like. It gives of a mixture of flavors: sour milk, grass, pine, and citrus. This beer is exceptionally delicious
Servida en The Drunk Monk (Matar). Nunca fui un amante de este estilo de cerveza. Todas las gueze me saben a cava y no me acaban de decir nada como cerveza aunque esta en particular estaba muy buena.
375 ml vintage 2005 bottle a dark golden yellow colored beer with a white head aroma sourness fruits lemon some oak and some spicy flavor lemon fruits apple oak and a long sour finish
