Orange red color, small white head of mixed bubbles, spots of lace. Smell is a nice balance of nutty malt and hops. Flavor though, well, the flavor just isnt good. An unfortunate metallic note greats you upon tasting, which wanes as the beer warms but is still always there. At least it isnt infected and on the positive side some nice malts come tho
Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in Plano, TX. Pours a nice looking deep, clear amber with rich off-white head. Aroma of some sweet malt & caramel, a hint of brown sugar and spice with nice light dark fruit esters. Flavor is very much the same with some sweetness with a nice hoppy bitter at the end. Mouth feel is medium-heavy body with medium carbonation
A dark amber pour with off-white head. It has a bready malt aroma with a hint of caramel. The taste is somewhat sweet with a slightly oily texture and average carbonation. The finish is mildly bitter with some alcohol taste.
