Wow, I am impressed. I was exspecting the over cabonated dry exprience that I had with Saxo, but this is a horse of a different color. Huge head, that I have come to exspect with La Caracole brews. UPDATED: JUN 4, 2003 This brew whose cork was dated 10/2002 poured a very invigorated head. Pour only 1/4 glass of this one or it will foam up and over flow your mug in no time flat!
