Bottle share with friends @ Smoklese Joe. Fantastic experiance, a great way to share and experiance a BSA.. Pours a deep champagne yellow with a tight and bubbly head. Fruit and floral nose with a distinct apple, pear and yeast taste. very light and fairly dry. The alcohol is emphazized by the carbonation, but each die down with time. Great experia
750 mL bottle from Noble Green Wines poured into a Karmeliet glass. Very gassy initially but the head rapidly dissipates. Its lively with lots of fizz and is and attractive golden colour. The aroma (once youve got a noseful of gas out of the way) is one that hints of ginger, and is a little spicy. It tastes fairly strong, and you could mistake
Banana creme, lemongrass and a little funk on the nose. Shimmering amber, thick frothy head, tons of carbonation. Light body, alcohol decently masked and only in the background. Mouthfeel is very fizzy. Banana and a little bubblegum flavor, very very similar to a strong hefeweizen. Sweet throughout, but especially so in the finish. Delightful.
