On Tap- Beer has a deep brown color with a good head. The aroma is roasted and sweet, with caramel and a hint of chocolate The taste continues with a roasted flavor with slight sweetness. It is full bodied and is smooth. This is very easy to drink. Nice change from pilsner while in Germany.
A cola brown pour with red highlights and a fluffy tan head. It has a nose of caramel, light toast, and mild hops. The body is light to medium with a somewhat slick texture. The taste is semi-sweet and followed by a dry, roasted finish. This is fast drinking beer.
Bottle. Brown pour, off-white head. Light roasted malts, nutty, some chocolate and smoke. Decent.
