Black in colour with a thin and quickly dissipating brown coloured head, very light patchy lacing. The aroma is very sweet, dark chocolate, liquorice, some espresso and alcohol. The flavour is of chocolate cake, cream, a bit syrupy, light alcohol and a small roast. Sweet mouthfeel, medium body, medium carbonation. Finishes burnt with some choco
can of black gold! what can i say about this great stout. pours black with a leather brown head,picture perfect. aroma is telling of whats to come. Scent of smoke and cocoa Taste is heavy malt and sweet/bitter combo with a great roasted barley edge. hard to tell this is 9-10%
Surprisingly good for a canned beer. A good stout even though not my favorite type of beer. You cant taste the ten percent alcohol.
