Sampled with my brother. This has a very complex and yummy aroma. Hints of cherries, earthiness, wood, caramel maltiness, and hints of chocolate. Notes of cinnamon also seem present. I hope the flavor lives up to this great aroma. Transparent garnet dark amber color with a light tan head. Start is bitter, turning more vinous with lots of cara
Dark brown color with ruby tones and a small head. Nice but subdued nutty malt aroma with floral tones. Flavor starts sweet and malty has a toffee middle with a more hoppy finish and a nutty aftertaste. Good balance of moderate bitterness and sweet nutty malts. Nice warming alcohol presence.
fantastic looking beer, incredibly thick head on this one, leaves a film all the way down the glass, very strong malty flavor on this a little hint of alcohol and hops to balance it off a definate winner with this one, thanks probiere
