Pours a amber orange with a moderate fizzy head that slowly disolves. The aroma is at first a tad metallic but that gives way to a lightly hoppy floral aroma that is mostly dominated by a toffee malty aroma. The flavour is good, with some good toffee malty notes, and a bitter citrus hoppy finish. Nice foamy mouthfeel. All around a top notch beer, w
Bright, clear, dark amber. Light aroma of bread dough and fruity hops. Wonderful, full flavor of grasses, malt and citrus, a small amount of sweet with a terrific bitter bite after. A nice treat for a regular priced beer.
355mL bottle from the LCBO. Pours dark amber with a thick cream-coloured head. Strong malt backbone with moderate but balanced hopping. Il be sessioning this this summer.
