Poured into a Gaffel Kolsch stange. 3.5 A: Pale orange/yellow. One finger of head that does not retain well though does leave lots of lacing. 3.5 S: Straw predominates, then sweetness and spices. Thats about it. 3.5 T: Straw and grass, some spice, lemon. Bold tastes of grapefruit and very crisp. Big bitterness from hops. Still, recipe could use

Draft. Bright yellow color, hi carbonation, medium white head. Aroma of malt and white pepper. Taste is bitter and lager like, body is light.

A very light pilsnery kolsch with some decent grassy-notes. Some fruity flavors. A bright yellow pour with a fluffy white head.
