had it at a rastaurant today at noon big creamy-colored head orange-golden hazy color smells yeasty, much of clove-smell ,a bit of banana smooth carbonation tasts yeasty, much clove taste, almoust a little bit peppery, but a bit of banana too, a little bit of citrus aftertaste yeasty, clove,a bit of banana good hefeweizen !!
500 mL bottle. I was surprised with how dark it poured for a hefe-weiss. Cloves and bubblegum in the nose, with a nice spiciness coming through. Flavors of bubblegum and cloves are dominate. Nice hops in the finish; maybe a bit more so than in other hefes that ive had. All around, a very good hefe-weizen.
Tap at Nord-Als Musikfestival. A muddy brownish amber colour with great creamy off white head. The aromas are dominated by banana and a bit of burnt malts. Not much initial taste but the aftertaste adds some bitterness and more banana.
