Historical Community Tasting Notes

bottle from an overpriced shop in downtown Philly. Pours a clear amber with a thin white head. Nose is of nut and grain. Taste was of orange rind and perfume. Kinda funny sweetness. Mouthfeel had a good bitterness to it. rather poor IPA.
Bottle- Pours a copper color that fades to lacing. Has a mild fresh grain & hop aroma. Crisp with a bitterness from start to finish. Moderate body, clean with carbonation. Nice beer, sort of a middle of the road for the style. Unoffensive.
A beer of the month club selection. Nothing wrong with this, but like other BOTM selections nothing too exciting. Serving: Bottle
