Historical Community Tasting Notes

Preserved from the RateBeer community archive (circa 2000–2018)

The head is huge, I had to pour in segments because the head is so over the top. White pillowy head sits nicely over a golden yellow beer with a lot of yeast sediment floating about. Lacing is also nice. Smell is spicy, hops, coriander, bananas, cinnamon and maybe a little alcohol. Taste is a little more boozy than I was expecting from the head, so
330 ml bottle from the LCBO. pours golden with lots of yeasty sedimant floaties. spicy belgian yeast triple aromas. spicy belgian yeast triple flavours. some hops in the flavour and a dryer finish then most triples. standard and not overwhelming. ill cellar my other bottle and review on a year or two.
Brown coloured beer with medium off white head. Malty aroma a little fruity. Full palate. Malty and bitter ending some alcoholic touches. I liked this one.
