9-18-07 bottle (first of this style). Cloudy yellow - a bit hazy. Unmoving. Almost cloudy like apple juice. No head, no movement. Smells like toast - or eggo waffles. Very tart up front, but fades quickly. Quite citrisy on the palate and a tiny bit dry. Uniquely acidic. Sweet and doughy smell as it warms. Very bubbly on the tongue and lea
Bottle. Pours a straw yellow. Very slight peach, citrus and wheat aroma. Tart, sour flavor profile, not annoyingly so, but its there. Flavor was peach and slight citrus. Not bad, just not something I would drink often.
UPDATED: OCT 31, 2007 This tastes absolutely nothing like beer. Its more like tea or lemonade. Its not unpleasant and probably would make a nice summer quencher, but nothing I would reach for when I wanted a beer.
